PTS’s Client, a High Profile Telecommunications Provider is looking for a GOVERNANCE ADMINISTRATOR to work within their Chief Compliance Office (CCO).  They are looking for a candidate to be the administrative support to work Part Time for the CCO and the team, who will be MONITORING and MANAGING the annual compliance time table (i.e. to follow up on deadlines).  Aswell as CREATING and MAINTAINING the company wide contract database and to track status action plans such as J-SOX processes and entity level controls and ISMS.

You must have a University qualification and an accountancy and/or company secretarial and /or general administrative qualifications (or be studying for it).  Excellent experience with administrative support and general IT skills in a professional environment is essential along with awareness or an interest in IT developments around Cloud, IT and telecommunications.

You will be based at one of their London offices where you will manage the delivery of the ERP programme and associated key projects including key initiatives such as Oracle R12 and Oracle Project Enhancements.
Scope of Project / Assignment

PTS's Client, a High Profile Transport Infrastructure company are looking for a GEOTECHNICAL ASSET MANAGER / LEAD to work within the Asset Management Team. You will be LEADING and DIRECTING a team to put together a SUBMISSION to the Regulators in the sector. You will be reporting to and supporting the Head of Asset Management (Geotechnics and Drainage).

You will be to inputting and managing the tendering activities, aswell as overseeing the delivery and development of the range of services and technical integrity of the group. Also you will supervise the engineering geology and geo-hazard reviews for proposed developments and managing project based analysis and reporting activities. You will be liaising on a daily basis with customers and managers to deliver engineering projects from concept through to design.

You must have a BSc or above in Geotechnical Engineering, or similar, but specialising in Geotechnics and have excellent experience of structures and earthworks. IT Support Analyst / Trainer – Windows 2000/XP – MS Office 2003 - Hong Kong - PERMANENT

PTS are looking to recruit an experienced IT Support Analyst / IT Trainer to work in Hong Kong for an Award Winning Law Firm with over $150 Million in Global revenues and several offices Worldwide. They represent a significant number of the wealthiest individuals and families in several continents. They act for over a quarter of the Sunday Times Rich List in the UK alone.
                                                
The position would be well-suited to somebody that has a solid understanding of IT Support, predominately covering Microsoft technologies including Windows operating systems, software applications, networking issues and Email systems such as MS Exchange / Outlook. The ideal person will have previously worked in a mixed Support / Training role for a Law firm, will be technically well-rounded and will have the confidence to walk around the IT floor with a sense of ownership. The successful candidate will play a very hands-on roll in the day-to-day Support of IT infrastructure and will be the go-to person for all training requirements.

The Role:
Reports to the IT Service Delivery Manager and will work as part of the EU/Asia IT
Support & Global IT Training teams. You will have regular meetings with the IT Service Delivery Manager and will join the IT Training Team and EU/Asia IT Support team meetings. Your primary work base will be the Hong Kong office.

Key Responsibilities:
-          Support and deliver training on the Microsoft Office 2003 suite, iManage and other legal software such as Elite and Big Hand digital dictation software.
-          Desktop, laptop, printer and server support.
-          Floor walk to assist with and resolve IT issues and provide ‘at desk’ training.
-          Responsible for establishing and maintaining contact with other IT Support Analysts and IT Trainers in all offices to ensure that a cohesive approach is being adopted across the firm.
-          Build and support laptops, desktops, printers and remote devices such as Blackberrys.
-          Correctly diagnose PC, laptop and printer hardware faults and liaise with 3rd party engineers.
-          Provide desk side assistance as appropriate.
-          Work to a Global IT Training Schedule set by the IT Service Delivery Manager.
-          Deliver courses in the office and via remote assist and provide refresher training when needed, either in structured classes or requested one-on-one training.
-          Assists with the preparation and maintenance of IT Training related documentation.
-          Assist with design of eLearning modules.
-          Continually maintain and expand strong working knowledge of current Firm-supported and future technologies to provide technically accurate solutions to end-users.

Technical Skills:
-          Windows 2000 Professional and XP.
-          Experience of working in an Active Directory environment.
-          MS Office 2003 – Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (Advanced).
-          Document Management System – iManage or similar.
-          Understanding of networking, wireless networks, and remote user requirements.

·         Understanding the root cause of faults by first identifying which function, or "message", was not performing correctly at the time of the fault

PTS’ client is looking to bring in a senior planner to manage and maintain, under change control, the major programme of work in P3e and Oracle Systems. This contract is interviewing and starting as soon as possible so do not miss out.

Key tasks

           Produce reports as required using P3e and OP.
           Resource, volume and cost load project plans as appropriate.
           Monitor and report progress of these plans. Develop recovery programme and contingency plans to meet revised objectives.
           Provide input of the planning issues into the project’s critical issues risk log and include risk treatments in all plans. 
           Review planning risks and update the risk register accordingly.
           Provide reporting of actual performance and variance against plan and forecast outcomes. Summarise key milestone and critical path issues to members of the team, provide an assessment of the impact of such issues and recommend corrective solutions.
           Period End Reporting, daily volume update and periodical cost updating
           Providing technical support to the users at the areas including updating the plan, planned vs actual reporting, milestone reporting to support production of Monthly Business Review
           To be the first point of contact for Senior members of Project team in the absence of a PCM.
           Challenge the contractors’ statements of progress for payment purposes.
           Identify key possession requirements and monitor that these are properly booked.

Operational Security Analyst – Transport Infrastructure – London – PERMENANT – £35k-£45k PA

PTS’s Client, a High Profile Transport Infrastructure Company requires an OPERATIONAL SECURITY ANALYST to work within their Information Management Team.  Your role will be to support the Operational Security Manager in maintaining relationships with suppliers and service providers in relation to the operational security systems and processes. 

You will need to manage, develop, evaluate and improve the processes to maintain sufficient resilience of critical information systems, including safety and changes to security threats.  You will be proactively managing and mitigating threats to information security and the vulnerabilities of information systems to prevent any losses of information assets.

Also you will provide continuity of information services to business users and to allow these critical systems to be recovered in the event of unpredicted loss of service.  The delivery of security communications, reporting and management information to allow managers and users to be aware of the levels of information security provided will also be needed.

You must have a proven ability to maintain awareness of current security prevention, detection and response technologies.  You need also to be able to demonstrate experience of working within an SLA driven environment and experience in deploying technical security infrastructures.  Experience of working in the transport infrastructure sector is desirable, aswell as having a keen understanding of key security risk assessment and an understanding of the British and International security standards.
