PTS’s Client, a High Profile World Leading Law Firm URGENTLY requires a SERVICE DELIVERY MANAGER. Your role will be to manage and coordinate a current Overseas Support / Helpdesk to aid this move to the next stage and to improve the processes within.
You MUST have WORLD CLASS Service Delivery Management experience in setting up and managing in SUPPORT and HELPDESK ENVIRONMENTS in the UK and Offshore, ideally India. You must be able to demonstrate examples of having set up and managed LARGE SCALE Support and Helpdesk environments. A Service Management mindset is EXTREMELY essential for you to succeed in this role along with having exceptional 3rd Line Support setup background.
Service Delivery Managers with the above skills and are excellent at keeping to KPI’s, including being able to connect and communicate with high levels of seniority are urged to apply.
