PTS's Client, a High Profile Transport Infrastructure company are urgently looking for a CONTROLLED PUBLICATIONS DISTRIBUTOR to work within the Information Management team. Your roll will be to issue controlled documents, notify recipients, monitor receipting processes and report any performance failures to a line manager, and to maintain and controlled list of these to define the business area.
You must be able to develop a network of management relationships and local knowledge throughout your area of responsibility and to provide a point of contact for queries relating to document control / corporate initiatives. Also you will be updating the National Document database and to complete project work on document control improvement initiatives.
Essentially you must have experience of Document Control processes and first-rate knowledge of relevant Company IT systems. You also need to have excellent interpersonal, communication and organisation skills and a desirable awareness of standards and procedures.
