PTS Resourcing's client are in need of an experienced IT Support & Services Manager. This is essentially an ITIL Service Delivery Manager role encompassing ITIL Programme Management, Service Desk Management, Core Network Infrastructure and Systems (including VoIP, AV and Library Systems) Management, and Team Management.
You are an energetic and highly self motivated IT professional with experience of managing, developing and delivering sometimes complex IT solutions and services. Supported by solid qualifications and a passion for continuous improvement, you will have achieved recognition for outstanding customer service delivery and innovation in IT support.
You are also a proven leader with a strength for building and motivating creative teams, both internally and with external partners that work co-operatively to achieve clearly defined goals.
My client is looking for someone who is highly articulate with excellent interpersonal skills, who is recognised as being proactive and innovative. You can rapidly identify both business problems and opportunities, formulating strategic plans, initiating change and implementing new processes.
