PTS's Client, a leading Investment Bank are in URGENT need of Procurement Analyst's to carry out a broad spectrum of procurement activities for goods and services. The role calls for a resilient, versatile team member with a background in procurement or customer service and a sound grasp of relevant policies and legislation.
Are you a highly effective communicator and negotiator? You must be capable of working on your own initiative in a busy, often pressurised environment. Your role responsibilities will be:
- Ensuring fastest possible delivery of required products.
- Maintaining professional but friendly relationships with suppliers and colleagues while minimising costs to the client.
- Assisting the Team Leader\Manager in various duties including report collation and generation.
- Creating and maintaining accurate and up to date material master and other data on company computer systems.
- Any other administrative and operational duties that may be required from time to time.
- Following departmental documented procedures.
- Develop a strong understanding of GBM request systems.
- Maintain and exceed business SLA's.
