PTS's Client, a High Profile Transport Infrastructure Company requires an ITIL v3 Analyst to work within their Information Management Team. You MUST have an ITIL v3 Certification and have a minimum of 5 years experience working for a number of different companies within BUSINESS CHANGE/BUSINESS TRANSFORMATION.
Experience of working within a SERVICE LEVEL DESIGN/TRANSITION environment are essential, whilst working in a SERVICE LEVEL MANAGEMENT/PLANNING background are a minimum requirement. You must have excellent stakeholder management skills as you need to be able to communicate people from different levels of seniority. You must be flexible with travel and the ability to work the hours required to ensure that the challenging deliverables are delivered to time, budget and quality.
