A BUSINESS SUPPORT ASSISTANT is required by an Education Consultancy which is part of PTS Consulting Group PLC, one of the world’s leading IT Consultancies. We have been around for over 25 years and have served 2,000 clients in over 70 different countries. Headquartered in the UK, we have 13 offices in Europe and the Middle East (EMEA), the Americas and Asia-Pacific.
This role places a significant emphasis on Commercial and Financial Administration including a n understanding of the concepts of Sales Ledger/Purchase Ledger/Invoicing are important. Also a general understanding/knowledge of office duties, eg; taking customer calls, office support/administration, website updates and liaising with different levels of seniority and offsite management are essential.
You need to have some experience in proactive sales and generating orders, as the you will be speaking to schools ICT hardware, spare parts and repairs/replacements, aswell as being proficient with Microsoft Office products and have a general IT awareness but this is not essential.
