PTS’s Client, a leading IT Securities Specialists are in need of an excellent ITIL SERVICE MANAGER for a CONTRACT role starting ASAP. You need to be able to perform the following:
- Design and produce ITIL referenced documentation to Contract speciation
- Review associated requirements and the delivery of them
- Act as a reviewer as well as creator
- Work with the Project team as a contributor
- Work within the Project team liaising with the Client
- Attend meetings, taking minutes and actions
The specific Technical skills needed will be:
- Review associated requirements and the delivery of them

- Attend meetings, taking minutes and actions
The specific Technical skills needed will be:
- ITIL qualified - ITIL V3 foundation mandatory, Practitioner/Expert preferable
- Service Management background, working with Clients
- Experienced in Service Level Agreement (SLA) management and/or negotiation
- Preferably to degree level, but experience more desirable.
Ideally you need to have worked in the below environments:
- Government sector - Service Management background, working with Clients
- Experienced in Service Level Agreement (SLA) management and/or negotiation
- Preferably to degree level, but experience more desirable.

- Service Management
