Due to continued expansion, PTS Consulting, a fully independent Global IT Consultancy require an experienced 2nd Line Support Analyst with solid Trade Floor Support experience.
PTS has 3 core divisions: Managed Services, Professional Services and Resourcing Services. You will be based at our Global HQ on Liverpool Street primarily working within our Managed Service Division, both internally and with our clients. You may also be seconded to work on project based roles within our Professional Services Division on client sites.
I work in our Resourcing Services Division which is why you won't hear about this role anywhere else. The key Trade Floor technology areas you have supported are:
- Reuters 3000 Desktop
- Bloomberg Desktop
- Reuters Dealing 3000
- Reuters EIKON
Due to the broad nature of PTSs' client base, you will from time-to-time, be involved in other markets. We have clients in numerous verticals including Legal and Media, so if you have worked across varied market areas and have a comprehensive technical skill set, your application will be viewed favourably.
