AV/MULTIMEDIA CONSULTANT - GLOBAL CONSULTANCY - LONDON - PERMANENT - £32k-£36k Negotiable
PTS Resourcing are looking for an AV/MULTIMEDIA CONSULTANT to join PTS Consultings' expanding team. This is an exciting time to join as we have numerous engagements scheduled. Ideal candidates should have experience in a technical AV environment where the you compiled detailed tender documentation and interfaced with Clients at a senior level. Experience in interacting with contractors and design teams is also essential.
We are looking for individuals who:
- Can demonstrate a comprehensive knowledge of the design of Audio Visual, Multimedia and Video Conferencing Systems
- Possess a strong knowledge of AV standards and good practices across all areas of industry
- Have recent AV project experience and at least 5 years industry experience
- Are aware of key manufacturers and installers of AV/Multimedia Systems
- Are able to translate a Client's requirements and produce a comprehensive AV systems design
- Are fully aware of power, cooling and containment systems that support AV installations
- Have the ability to fluently and efficiently present proposals and presentations to Clients
- Have the ability to communicate at technical and non-technical levels within client and project teams
- Audio Systems
- Video Systems
- Control Systems
- Video Conferencing endpoints and infrastructure
In addition, knowledge of the following supplementary technologies are highly desirable:
- TV Coaxial Cabling Systems
- Ethernet
- IP (including IPTV distribution)
- PBX/Voice Systems
