VOIP 3rd LINE SYSTEMS ENGINEER (TELECOMS SPECIALIST) - URGENT - 12 MONTH FTC - LONDON - £45-50k
PTS' World Renown Client is in urgent need of an experienced VoIP and CISCO IPT Specialist (c.10 years) with in-depth CISCO UCM (7+) Switched Routed Network knowledge. You will also have very good PBX, PABX PSTN skills, coupled with strong Fixed Mobile Convergence and Global Telephone Dial Plan experience.
Your main responsibilities will include:
* Implementing Telecoms Solutions across numerous offices (CISCO IPT VoIP)
* Supporting Maintaining existing Voice Solutions
* Global Telephony Support Administration
* Documentation of Telecom Services Systems
* Assisting in the maintainance of Telecoms Roadmap.
* Producing Performance Monitoring Metrics
* BCP/DR Plans are upto date, Documented and Tested
* Liaising with Telco Vendors, keeping to strict SLAs.
* Following ITIL Release Mgmt Best Practice
* Ensuring Incident Escalations are Professionally Managed
Ideally our client is looking for CCNP, CCVP, ITIL and/or Prince2 Certified Engineers, preferably with Ericsson MD110, SIP, Unified Comms, Office Comms Server and Media Gateway experience.
