PTS' client, a Well Established and Award Winning Digital Design Company based in Edinburgh are currently seeking a talented Front End Web Developer to join their team in Edinburgh. They are looking for a flexible and enthusiastic person to join an established development team in their Edinburgh HQ. The successful candidate will be a proven problem solver who relishes the challenge of developing solutions using the most appropriate technology available. This role covers all aspects of web development from conception, planning, building, testing through to implementation and support. Candidates will ideally have solid commercial development experience, though exceptions for the right candidate with less experience could be made. Experience of leading solution development teams would be an advantage. The ideal candidate will be a confident and knowledgeable technologist with solid experience of the following:- * CSS/XHTML/XSLT/XML * Javascript (jQuery) * SQL (mySql) * Source Control (SVN) Additionally, experience and skills within the following areas would be extremely beneficial:- * Flash (ActionScript/Flex/AIR) * Web Analytics (Google Analytics/Webtrends) * Search Engine Optimisation * Content Management Systems * Financial Services * Digital Agency * Java (JSP) Salary is dependent on experience, so please respond with your up dated Word CV and Covering Letter detailing your relevant skills and experiences, with current and future salary requirements.
