Genesys Applications Support Specialist - upto £60k - Excellent Benefits & Relocation Package - Scotland - PERMANENT

PTS Resourcings' Client, a World Leader, are very keen to find an experienced GENESYS APPLICATIONS SUPPORT SPECIALIST with strong IBM WebSphere Voice and Application Server skills. You have a strong understanding of Technical Architecture, especially within the Genesys Customer Interation Management Platform Framework (v7.6).

You also have a good working knowledge of Genesys SIP Server, Genesys Voice Platform v7.5, with strong Telephony Architecture, Applications & Server Support experience.

Responsibilities include Planning, Building, Installing, de-Installing, Implementing and Maintaining the Applications and Servers, keeping to SLAs and the highest quality standards.
