PTS' client, a Leading Investment Bank urgently require the skills of a REQUEST ANALYST to Process/Log/ Handle Service Requests and Incidents.
You will provide telephone and email SUPPORT to ensure efficient REQUEST FULFILMENT, using REMEDY as the Workflow Engine.
If you are an enthusiastic individual with previous experience of using REMEDY or other Automated Helpdesk Tools, preferably within the Banking/Finance Sector, I'm very keen to hear from you. The rates on offer are £70-90/day depending on experience, and you willll ideally be able to start in early January once security checks have been successfully achieved.
