Service Desk Team Leader - Financial Services - North East - £Negotiable, depending on experience - CONTRACT OR PERMANENT
PTS Resourcings' client, a well known financial services company requires an experienced Service Desk Team Leader to inspire, train, lead and manage a large team of Customer Service and Technical Support Analysts.
You will need demonstrable experience in:
* Staff Appraisals
* Training Identification, Implementation and Review
* Problem Resolution
* Interviewing Techniques
* Rota Scheduling
The environment is friendly, the staff all hard-working and genuine, and the level of support exceptional. The business is going through numerous changes, and my client is looking for someone who has worked for a fast-paced, dynamic company.
If you have ITIL or similar qualifications, that will help your application though isn't a prerequisite.
Interviews will be held in late April/early May although my client is keen to view suitably experienced Word CVs immediately.
