PTS's Client, a High Profile Investment Bank requires a CHANGE ANALYST to work on a Data Centre Programme that is currently running. The ideal person should be ITIL Foundation Level qualified with 2 years’ experience in a Change Analyst role within a programme environment. A self-starter who has excellent communication skills and is a team player is needed.
Objectives:
Objectives:
· To deliver source to target governance
· Manage change control risk and issues
· Effectively support colleagues relating to change implementations in both pre-production and production
Deliverables:
· Support the programme in an consultative manner and facilitate resolution of change conflicts
· Provide the operational tracking governance in the identification for source to target change
· SME for change control
· Attend and represent interests
· Resolve change issues and provide training to members
· Mentor work streams with change support
· Conduit for change planning and feeds
