PTS’ client is looking for Graduate Technical Analysts to join their busy and expanding team in Edinburgh.  You will be responsible for meeting clients and capturing information related to their business and specific projects.

Projects assessed by my client can cover: the breadth and depth of the development lifecycle; performance challenges of desktop or internet applications; and algorithms developed to combat performance limitations or challenges.

NB* THIS ROLE REQUIRES TOP CLASS REPORT WRITING SKILLS.  Accurate grammar, spelling and punctuation are KEY elements of this role.

Essential Technical Skills

·         Educated to degree level (Honours), in an IT, computing/numeric/scientific discipline

·         Conversant with technical environments and full understanding of the software life cycle model

·         Excellent presentation skills and a confident communication style that easily adapts to different company stakeholders 

·         Strong Excel numerical analysis

·         Professional manner and confident in a customer-facing role

·         Excellent planning and organisational skills (can plan and meet own timescales)

Advantageous

·         Solid experience of or understanding of Cloud technologies and Web development

·         Driving license

You will be trained up in the relevant legislation to ensure that coupled with your drive, enthusiasm and expert technical knowledge, you will provide clients with the best service available in the market place.
