SERVICE LEVEL MANAGER – TRANSPORT INFRASTRUCTURE – LONDON - CONTRACT TO PERM - £470/DAY

Service Level Manager – Transport Infrastructure – London - Contract to Perm - £470/Day
PTS's Client, a High Profile Transport Infrastructure Company is in need of an experienced SERVICE LEVEL MANAGER.  You will need to be able to define and effectively apply the SERVICE LEVEL MANAGEMENT FRAMEWORK and deliver IT service catalogues to a high level.
The need to have the skills to IDENTIFY, NEGOCIATE and AGREE service levels with the Customers and IT Providers is IMPERATIVE.  Along with the need to be able to maintain and review SLA’s with the Business Customers and the OLA’s with the IT Providers.  You will need to have experience in producing relevant and concise reports that are both timely and readable against SLA and OLA TARGETS to analyse service level performances. 
A proven experience in defining and deploying best practise ITSM processes and ideally hold ITIL V3 Masters qualification is a MUST have for this role.
This role is initially a contract role with the view to making this role permanent.  Relocation to the Bedfordshire area will need to be considered upon the role being made permanent.  Please be aware this is a CONTRACT to PERMANENT role, please ONLY apply if you are willing to move into a permanent role.
