Essential

-          Over 5 years web technology experience

-          .Net technologies

-          C#

-          Creation, maintenance, development and optimisation of large scale web sites

Desired

-          Search and retrieval experience

-          Metasearch engine experience

You will be passionate about technology in the online space and will research new ideas and things to incorporate into the site of your own back and have the ability to influence team members if you feel passionately about using something.
