2nd/3rd Line Desktop Support/Migration Support - Investment Bank – London – Contract – upto £200pd


PTS's client a Leading Investment Bank is urgently looking for a Desktop Support Engineer with solid experience within Investment Banking either Front or Middle Office.  This is a 3 month rolling project to migrate users within the bank.

The ideal candidate’s tasks will include:
·         Taking calls from users
·         Recording their request in internal tracking system
·         Handling incidents reported by users and when needed addressing them to the relevant IT teams (software, networks, telecoms, systems, etc.)
·         Making follow up of incident solving and updating documentation
·         Informing users through alerts and communication
·         Documenting the incident database

Do you have excellent Windows XP SP3, Active Directory skills, aligned with MS Office 2003/2010 and Lotus Notes knowledge? And do you speak fluent English and French aswell as having knowledge of the Equity and Financial Markets?
