Support Technician - Glasgow – Permanent - £20K to £25K

PTS’ client is looking to recruit an Infrastructure Support Technician for their Glasgow city centre office. The role is primary focused around the development and maintenance of internal infrastructure within the current office location and providing internal and external support services to colleagues, customers and partners.

The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of managing network infrastructure (cable and patch panels, hubs, switches, routers) and have the knowledge, confidence and ability to make changes when required. You should have a diverse range of both technical and customer-facing skills. 

Essential

·         Windows Server 2008

·         Active Directory

·         Windows 7

·         Cisco

·         Hyper-V

·         SQL 2005/2008 installation/administration

·         Exchange 2010

Desired

·         SharePoint 2007/2010 and/or CRM 4.0/2011)

·         MS Data Protection Manager
