SOFTWARE ENGINEERS/DEVELOPERS (C/C++/JAVA/C#) - SCOTLAND - £NO UPPER LIMIT - PERMANENT

PTS' client is looking to recruit some fantastic developers of all levels (Graduates included) into their growing team working on absolutely CUTTING EDGE products. You will participate in a wide range of new software development activities, including all aspects of software relating to my client's NFC (Near Field Communications) Middleware product lines on Windows desktop and Windows Phone platforms.
The required skills are: 
Excellent object-oriented design and implementation skills in C and C++ 
Working knowledge of Java and/or C# 
Have experience of developing software targeted at Embedded systems 
Experience working on Windows platforms using the Microsoft Visual Studio toolchain 
Familiar with either IBM Rational Rose or Rhapsody UML tools 
Have good knowledge of NFC and Smartcard product features, function or applications 
Have worked on Windows Mobile platforms 
Familiar with Agile development methodsYiour main responsibilities will be:
Develop protocol stacks and API layers in C/C++ and .NET environment 
Have complete software development life cycle responsibility 
Develop the OpenNFC API and Middleware stacks for the Windows desktop and 
Windows Phone platforms 
Define and implement new APIs to expose NFC functionality for Windows desktop and Windows Phone platforms
