Technical Support Engineer - 2nd/3rd Line - City of London - Independent Consultancy - PERMANENT

TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER - 2ND/3RD LINE - GLOBAL CONSULTANCY - CITY of LONDON BASED - PERMANENT
This Exclusive, Dynamic Role is working both internally for PTS Consulting, an Independent, Expanding Global Consultancy and externally for our blue chip Clients. Our areas of specialty include Data Centres, Corporate Relocations, Professional Services, Managed Services and Resourcing.
The technical environment is dictated by our clients, so a broad ranging skill set is preferred. You will have excellent:


  • MS Server 2000/3/8 with AD,
  • Exchange 2000/3/7/10 (incl. config.),
  • Windows 2000/2003 Professional/XP/Vista
  • Office 2000/XP/2003/7
  • VMWare (Server & Workstation)
  • Citrix Deployment/Management
  • LANs/WANs/SANs

You will hopefully be a specialist in one Technical area (ie Voice/Market Data/Cisco Networking/Audio/Visual/Infrastructure) or Market (eg Financial/Media/Legal), and are looking to progress either into a Team Leader or SME.
