Application Support Engineer – Permanent - Aberdeen – Attractive salary

PTS’ client, a leading supplier into the oil and gas sector in Aberdeen, is looking for an Application Support Engineer to join their team.This is a customer facing role therefore good communication skills are essential.  You should have at least one year's commercial experience and have an enthusiastic approach and willingness to learn new skills. 

Essential

·         Application Support experience

·         Excellent communication skills

·         Customer focused 

·         Experience of .NET (asp.net)

·         Experience of XML, Web Services/SOAP, Oracle and SQLServer databases

While the core role is application support, you will also provide technical backup to the sales functions as well as carrying out user training and support to the software development team.
