PTS Consulting is recruiting on behalf of a major blue-chip organisation that is also a well-known household name. This is a chance to be part of a growing team, making sure every customer has a fantastic experience.

The Test Team  use HP Performance Centre and IXIA and is currently developing a dedicated Technical Test function to handle all aspects of test automation as well as other technical test areas that may arise.

 You will have a key role defining the Customer Telephony Automation Test Strategy, designing and implementing a working automation solution for the Customer Telephony Department, delivering automated test solutions based on software development principle..

Essential

·         A strong academic background

·         Experience of test automation architectures

·         Proven track record in developing test automation frameworks

·         Experience of programming/scripting languages (C/C++, vbScript, Perl, Java, Tcl etc).

·         Working with HP/Mercury toolset, features and additional capabilities

·         Liaising with Third Part Vendors and Solution Providers

Desired

·         Experience in telephony platforms, call centre or other telephony environment

·         Working with Contact Centre development technologies and business systems

·         Non-functional testing using HP/Mercury Quality Center and either Quick Test Pro or WinRunner. Other Test Automation Test tools will be considered
