Senior Application Architect – ITSM platforms – Global Bank – London

PTS is currently seeking a architect to help them redesign and launch one of their clients Service Management Platforms. The successful candidate would have worked on a least one major similar project be it Service-Now or HP Service Centre Manager

Your role will involve

·          acting as a bridge between the technical domain architects and solution architects and other subject matter experts to ensure that the technology infrastructure meets project/business goals, such as flexibility, complexity reduction, cost reduction and quick delivery.
Maintain close working relationships and interfaces with the Programme, Product and Delivery Management Teams.

·          Design the future-state Application Architectures and create the necessary output: standards and guidelines.
Build road maps to define how application/s will support current and future business processes, accommodate mergers and acquisitions, and/or centralize versions.

·          Play a leading role in the definition, implementation and evolution of the Service Management Architecture Framework and associated Methodology and Toolset.
