HP Service Manager Developer- contract-investment bank

HP Service Developer
PTS are currently looking for a HP Service Manager who has implemented HP before. The candidate will be working for a large investment bank in London on a 3 months rolling contract and will be responsible for taking business requirements and configuring or tailoring HP Service Manager 9.2 to meet those requirements.

The role will work closely with the technical team, data team and the business analysts.

Must have:
Creative thinker and solutions orientated10+ Years broad IT experience
4+ years experience in large implementations of HP Service Centre/Manager (version 7 onwards)
Configuration and development experience of Incident, Service Request, Problem and Change. Knowledge of Service Manager Installation.
Knowledge of functionality provided by OOTB system.
Ability to work with both a UK and off shore team.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Strong oral and written communication skills
