PTS’s Client, a leading Investment Bank are in URGENT need of a Telecoms and Data Architect. You MUST be a PRODUCT EXPERT with a MINIMUM of 2 years’ experience with the NECTAR CMP Product, aswell as having a similar experience with VOICE and DATA NETWORKS. The objectives of this role are the Delivery of Quality Monitoring Architecture, Design and the Implementation across ALL Voice Platforms.
This role will be responsible for designing and deploying the Quality Monitoring product across the Bank’s Global Voice Infrastructure, so EXPERT knowledge of the NECTAR CMP Quality Monitoring application is VITAL. The key deliverables for this role are Global Architecture, Design and Implementation of the Quality Monitoring tool for; Avaya IPT, IPC, Voice Recorders and SBC’s.
