Scheme Project Manager – Transport Infrastructure – Swindon – CONTRACT - £260-£300/Day

PTS’s Client, a High Profile Transport Infrastructure Company URGENTLY require a SCHEME PROJECT MANAGER.  You must be able to deliver projects in a safe and environmental manner in time to cost and quality and within company and Transport guidelines.  You need to be able give a professional, consistent and effective project management service, with performance indicators and reporting systems.

The must have the ability to manage the development and delivery of change projects, tactical change and risks within life cycles for allocated schemes and procedures.  You will need to assist or lead in the provision of a safe working environment and to be able to comply with Investment competence Frameworks.  Also the delivery of regular reports on change projects, including relevant risks and issues will be key and will be delivered to the Programme Manager.

You must have the relevant successful experience including project management and be educated to HNC/HND or similar standard.  Excellent interpersonal and commutation skills are essential along with very good project safety management experience.  Knowledge of Oracle Projects and safety, quality and environmental procedures are needed aswell as commercial and financial awareness.  A desirable feature is knowledge of Six Sigma Yellow Belt.
