Web Application Developer – PHP / PERL / MySQL / Oracle – Investment Bank – London – 6 month Contract
PTS is currently working on behalf of a global investment bank in London. We are looking for a web based application developer preferably with recent / current investment banking experience although we would consider strong candidates without it.
The apps are written in PHP and PERL with MySqL and Oracle back end. The overall technical environment consists of Apache, J2EE. VMware and Sharepoint it would helpful if you are already familiar with this technologies but please don’t be deterred from applying if you are not.
In regards to the projects involved you will be working with data feeds, widgets and even have the opportunity to build a shopping cart! There will also be integration work with the bank’s social networking tools.
