URGENT CONTRACTS - HP SERVICE CENTRE (SM9) DEVELOPERS (3) - GLOBAL INVESTMENT BANK - LONDON  PTS' client, a leading Global Investment Bank are in URGENT NEED for THREE experienced HP Service Manager 9 Developers. You will be working closely with the Technical Team, Data Team and Business Analysts, and our client is looking for Developers with demonstrable large scale implementation experience of HP Service Centre/Service Manager from v7 onwards. The key abilities required are: Configuration and development experience of Incident, Service Request, Problem and Change.  Knowledge of Service Manager Installation.  Knowledge of functionality provided by OOTB system.  Ability to work with both a UK and Off-Shore teams.  Strong analytical and problem solving skills.  Strong oral and written communication skills  The Technical Environment is as follows, and you'll be expected to have commercial experience with most if not all of the following Service Management Products on both Windows and Linux platforms: Service Manager 7/9.x SM SD Module SM IM/PM Modules SM Service Catalog Module SM ESS SM SLM Module SM Request Module SM KM Module SM Change Module SM Config Mgmt Module RAD Coding If this is you, our client is very keen to interview suitably skilled candidates in the first week of May.
