Finance Associate (LLP)

We are looking for an experienced (min 2 years) Finance Associate to join our extremely busy finance department as we prepare to centralise our finance functions from our London headquarters on Liverpool Street. As the Finance Associate you will be part of a small team working closely with our Financial Controller where you will be responsible for:
· Accounts Payable processing
· Payroll/Expenses payments processing
· Cash book posting
· Credit control queries
· End of year Tax returns to HMRC
It is essential that you have LLP (Limited Liability Partnership) experience and it is preferred that you come from a global LLP background, possibly from a global Legal or Accountancy firm. Candidates with up to 3 A-Levels and/or an accountancy accreditation such as ACCA will be looked upon very favourably. PTS will also support the successful candidate in reaching the ACCA accreditation should you not yet have it.
You will have first class experience of Excel spread sheets and knowledge of accounting packages/CRM/ERP Systems. You must have experience of preparing accounts for Limited Liability Partnerships, preferably to Trial Balance level, and have submitted Tax Returns for an LLP to the HMRC. Also, experience of Mergers and Acquisition will be particularly useful.
