TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER - FLUENT MANDARIN - GLOBAL CONSULTANCY - CITY of LONDON - £25k-£40k PERMANENT  This Exclusive, Dynamic Role is working both internally for PTS Consulting, an Independent, Expanding Global Consultancy and externally for our blue chip Clients. Our areas of specialty include Data Centres, Corporate Relocations, Professional Services, Managed Services and Resourcing. The technical environment is dictated by our clients, so a broad ranging skill set is preferred. We have a number of Mandarin-speaking clients, and so require a fluent Mandarin speaking Technical Support Engineer. This is primarily a Desktop Support Position, though will grow into a more 3rd Line role over time. You will have good hands-on experience with the most of the following:  MS Server 2000/3/8 with AD Exchange 2000/3/7/10 (incl. config.) Windows 2000/2003 Professional/XP/Vista Office 2000/XP/2003/7 VMWare (Server Workstation) Citrix Deployment/Management LANs/WANs/SANs You will hopefully be a specialist in one Technical area (ie Voice/Market Data/Cisco Networking/Audio/Visual/Infrastructure) or Market (preferably Financial/Media/Legal).
