PTS's Client, a Leading IT Services Company is looking for CHANGE PROJECT MANAGERS who will be responsible for managing one or more projects and working with the BAs, Subject Matter Experts, and other stakeholders to deliver the change activity.
Experience required for this role is:
· Relevant professional qualification/accreditation e.g. PMP/Prince II
· Track record of delivery / implementation in a number of change projects/sub-projects
· Detailed understanding and practical application of Project and Change Management methods and disciplines
· High degree of organisational awareness (how to get things done)
· Successful team management and development
Knowledge required needed:
· Knowledge of UKRB business units and distribution channels
· Knowledge of Financial Services environments
· Project Definition and Planning and RAIDs management
· Requirements gathering, analysis and definition
· Process analysis, mapping and design
· A working understanding of technical designs, processes to support the delivery of IT solutions
· Business communication
· Proven Project Management and Change Management skills and expertise
· Implementation Management including training design and delivery

· High levels of confidence and effective chairing / facilitating of key meetings and workshops
· Good problem solving / decision making skills required ‘in the heat of the moment’
· Strong planning and organising skills
