SERVICE DELIVERY MANAGER – LEGAL – LONDON – CONTRACT - £300-£350/DAY
PTS’s Client, a High Profile World Leading Law Firm URGENTLY requires a SERVICE DELIVERY MANAGER. Your role will be to manage and coordinate a current Overseas Support / Helpdesk to help this move to the next stage and to improve the processes within. You MUST have WORLD CLASS Service Management experience in setting up and managing in SUPPORT and HELPDESK ENVIRONMENTS either in the UK or Offshore. You must be able to demonstrate examples of having set up and managed LARGE SCALE Support and Helpdesk environments. A Service Management mindset is EXTREMELY essential for you to succeed in this role.
