Technical Test Analyst (Non functional) - Call Centre Systems – Livingston – Permanent - £45K

PTS’s client, one of the best known companies in the UK, is looking for a non functional test analyst to join their Customer Telephony Team to support the Genesys Production Telephony Platform. The team is currently made up of Functional Testers but they are looking to expand their capabilities to test the Genesys Telephony Platform under volume/load and its integration to other core systems such as CRM, Debt Processing System and Data Warehouse.
                                                 
Key responsibilities

·         Create or have an input into the creation of appropriate, tailored Non-Functional Test Approaches/Strategies
·         To plan, prepare, execute and report on non-functional testing according to agreed standards.
·         Stage manage the Test phase of one or more projects from initiation though to project sign-off
·         Ensure the creation, tracking and maintenance of test project plans for all projects undertaken by the team

Required

·         LoadRunner, HP Performance Centre and IXIA.
·         A strong academic background almost certainly underpinned by a degree qualification. 
·         Extensive hands-on experience of non-functional testing using a range of tools and protocols:
·         A clear understanding of operating systems and application software combined with advanced knowledge of operating systems, application software and relational databases.

·         Experience in telephony platforms, call centre or other telephony environment
