Business Analyst - ITIL Process & HP Service Centre - Global Banking - London - URGENT CONTRACT

BUSINESS ANALYST - ITIL PROCESS & HP SERVICE CENTRE - URGENT CONTRACT - GLOBAL BANKING - LONDON 
PTS' client, a Leading Global Bank URGENTLY require an ITIL Process Business Analyst with strong Service Management experience, coupled with excellent working knowledge of the HP Service Centre and HP Service Manager Systems.
This exciting and challenging position requires considerable expertise in Customer and Client Liaison, with experience of working closely with SMEs, Developers, Managers, Third Parties and numerous Executives. Your broad ranging responsibilities will include Information and Requirements Capture, Workshops, Workflow Analysis, Business Process Reviews, Site Surveys, Interviews, Test Scenarios, Use Cases and Pure Business Analysis.
Needless to say, you will be a Talented Communicator, as you will be working across the banks' globally dispersed trading sites, analysing Business Processes, and their Support Function. This will include working with their Support, Business and Technology Teams.
With proven ITIL Process Framework experience, you will be required to drive multiple workstreams, effectively interfacing with many individuals and teams.

Rates are negotiable, and the contract will initially last for 3 months, though is likely to be extended.
