Cisco UC Consultant - CONTRACT TO PERMANENT


My client, based within the M3 / M4 corridor,  is urgently seeking an experienced Cisco UC Consultant for a contract to permanent opportunity working with clients across the UK and Europe.

The focus is on Cisco IP Contact Centre Enterprise Version 5, and the ideal candidate must be very capable in this discipline and able to demonstrate their knowledge of the system to customers and colleagues.

The main duties of the role are:

1. Fully document the architecture and configuration of a currently installed system and provide recommendations for aligning to best practice;
2. Making the system more resilient and providing general recommendations around setup to make it easier to manage;
3. To provide training and support in the following disciplines: ICM Scripting - documenting existing scripts, create new scripts, manage custom recordingsCisco Web view reports - interpreting reports, creating new reports based on customer requirements; System administration - system metrics and SNMP monitoring of key services; Call Recording - look at current configuration and suggest improvements (Magnetic North); Knowledge of outbound dialer solutions.

The ideal candidate must have excellent Cisco IPT Skills with Cisco Call Manager (v3 - 8), Cisco Unity (v3 - 7), and Voice Gateway configuration.

In addition, the candidate may also be called upon to work with IPFX for Call Manager and IPFX Director, as well as configuration, troubleshooting and the raising and resolution of existing service tickets.
