Governance Administrator – Telecommunications – London – Perm Part Time - £25k-£28kpa

PTS’s Client, a High Profile Telecommunications Provider is looking for a GOVERNANCE ADMINISTRATOR to work within their Chief Compliance Office (CCO).  They are looking for a candidate to be the administrative support to work Part Time for the CCO and the team, who will be MONITORING and MANAGING the annual compliance time table (i.e. to follow up on deadlines).  Aswell as CREATING and MAINTAINING the company wide contract database and to track status action plans such as J-SOX processes and entity level controls and ISMS.

You must have a University qualification and an accountancy and/or company secretarial and /or general administrative qualifications (or be studying for it).  Excellent experience with administrative support and general IT skills in a professional environment is essential along with awareness or an interest in IT developments around Cloud, IT and telecommunications.

Experience with working for a large International accounting or law firm is also desirable.  A European passport is needed so you are able to travel throughout the European Community without any further Visa requirements, aswell as the ability to speak one or more European languages.

Programme Manager – Transport Infrastructure – Oracle - London - Contract - £750 per day

Programme Manager with ERP experience urgently required by a Large-scale Transport Infrastructure Organisation. You will be based at one of their London offices where you will manage the delivery of the ERP programme and associated key projects including key initiatives such as Oracle R12 and Oracle Project Enhancements.
Scope of Project / Assignment

The competencies of the individual sought for this role can be summarised as possessing excellent knowledge across all functional areas and communication skills and gravitas to build belief and inspire confidence across all business levels.

The individual, who comfortably operates at Board level, is able to underpin these competencies with a structured approach to programme delivery, focussing on integrated thinking, planning, quality assurance, business ownership and benefits delivery and is naturally able to provide leadership and inspiration amongst his teams and business counterparts. 
Scope of Project / Assignment is to manage the delivery of the ERP programme and associated key projects including key initiatives such as Oracle r12, Oracle Project enhancements.

Work Deliverables

Establishing the Programme:
• Ensure overall programme coherence by testing individual programme objectives, benefits, plans, success criteria and metrics.
• Formally establish the programme (Complete definition, funding approvals, Stakeholder approvals etc.)
Delivering the Programme:
• Monitor / track programme progress
• Drive Delivery of business change and underpinning technology through workstream Programme Managers
• Ensure programme delivers business outcomes and benefits
• Manage key business relationships, reporting progress and preparing internal and wider Network Rail communications material
• Consolidate the success of the programme by ensuring all actions are established as BAU processes
Person Profile:
• Senior Leader, (DM or PM1?) with experience of driving major, critical change programmes.
• High personal credibility and impact.
• Organised and able to think strategically, yet capable of managing detail when necessary
• Able to work at senior levels and motivate more senior individuals to deliver.

Geotechnical Asset Manager / Lead – Transport Infrastructure – London – CONTRACT – £500-£550/Day

PTS's Client, a High Profile Transport Infrastructure company are looking for a GEOTECHNICAL ASSET MANAGER / LEAD to work within the Asset Management Team. You will be LEADING and DIRECTING a team to put together a SUBMISSION to the Regulators in the sector. You will be reporting to and supporting the Head of Asset Management (Geotechnics and Drainage).

You will be to inputting and managing the tendering activities, aswell as overseeing the delivery and development of the range of services and technical integrity of the group. Also you will supervise the engineering geology and geo-hazard reviews for proposed developments and managing project based analysis and reporting activities. You will be liaising on a daily basis with customers and managers to deliver engineering projects from concept through to design.

You must have a BSc or above in Geotechnical Engineering, or similar, but specialising in Geotechnics and have excellent experience of structures and earthworks. The ability to advise on a wide variety of projects along with excellent experience in high-level management is essential. Experience of the Transport Industry and having a Chartered membership of a relevant professional institution are preferable but no essential.
