Business Analysts – IT Services Company – London – Contract – £375-£425pd


PTS's Client, a Leading IT Services Company is for looking multiple Business Analysts who MUST have experience of working on LARGE HR TRANSFORMATION PROGRAMMES.  If your experience is within a Financial Organisation then this would be beneficial but not essential.

There are currently 3 roles available with different remits within the programme:
1.       Business Analyst with an understanding of resourcing processes
2.       Business Analyst for Employee SAP data maintenance
3.       Business Analyst for a HR focussed CRM specialist with SAP interaction

The ideal candidates will have experience in producing and / or implementing global standardised HR processes and knowledge of the localisation of global processes.  You need to have the ability to handle Stakeholder engagements and management across many different countries and time zones and with 5 Years’ experience in a Business Analyst background.  Aswell as being skilled in developing Business Requirements documentation and Functional Specifications, you need to have excellent gap analysis process skills.

You also need to have experience in developing process flows, communicating Business requirements to project teams, supporting the test phase, waterfall or agile methodologies knowledge and experience of working with offshore teams.  You also need to have been involved in providing status reports, communicating to Senior Management and showing your communication skills.

Senior UAT Test Analyst - IT Services Company - Manchester - Permanent - £30k-£35k + Bens

PTS's Client, a Leading IT Services Company is looking for Senior UAT Test Analysts to work onsite within a leading Investment Banking institute in Manchester.  So the need for experience of working on a UAT Test Analyst role within a Financial / UK Retail Banking background would be extremely beneficial. 

The ideal candidate must have the below knowledge and skills:
·         Strong understanding of Waterfall, V-Model and Agile test methodologies
·         Strong understanding of UAT test methods/disciplines
·         Experience in using test management tools including Quality Centre
·         Experience in test techniques including risk-based testing
·         Experience of UAT Test Management/ Test Team Leading
·         Defect Management experience
·         Experience in implementing/adhering to test governance controls
·         Experience in supporting Project Managers, Business Analysts and End Users
·         Experience producing UAT Test Strategies
·         Experience in reviewing UAT test conditions, scenarios and test scripts
·         Experience of providing test status reports and chairing UAT test progress meetings
·         Experience of completing UAT health-checks on test processes/procedures
·         Experience of communicating to Senior Management
·         Experience of managing stakeholder expectations
·         Good overall communication skills
·         Good presentation skills
·         Good interpersonal skills
·         Proactive approach to resolving issues

Systems / Technical Analyst – Retail Software Development Company – Cheshire – Perm - £35k + Bens

PTS's Client, a Leading Successful Software Development Company is looking for a Systems / Technical Analyst to join an already thriving team.  You will be part of a Retail Division development team reporting to the Development Manager, whilst working closely with the internal team (inc. Management, Developers, Support and also external clients) working through the full software development lifecycle.  You will be involved in initial requirements gathering through to full implementation, and capturing requirements, and translating them into a business solution.

Your Key responsibilities will be:
·         Client facing; gathering business requirements for proposed system development by means of conference calls, site visits, meetings and workshops
·         Accurate capture and communication of user requirements
·         Creation and maintenance of analysis artefacts including documented user requirements, project definition documents, functional specifications and system specifications
·         Accurate estimation of the development effort required to deliver the requirements
·         Active involvement in all stages of the project lifecycle to ensure that the implemented solution meets the agreed user requirements
·         Effective communication and stakeholder management throughout the project lifecycle
·         Coaching and mentoring of junior colleagues as and when appropriate

Potential candidates must have previous successful experience in a Systems / Technical Analysis background and an excellent understanding of the software development lifecycle.  Knowledge of both Waterfall and Agile development methodologies is required, aswell as an understanding of Retail Software, Domain knowledge, Object Orientated development and coding will be hugely beneficial.
